Within 30 Days along with the tags in its original box packing along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items. NO EXCHANGE & NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS.

Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

• All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
• All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
• We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. 
• Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
• We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.
• Under our policy, you may exchange the size of your purchased product up to three times. (For Domestic Orders Only) 
  

Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

B. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products sold on our Website are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our Website.

Warranty Coverage (Repair, Replacement)

During the Warranty Period, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product;
• Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent item; or
• Issue a Credit note

C. EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, color fading, or natural aging of materials.
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
• Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions such as moisture, heat, or chemicals.
• Minor irregularities in handcrafted or natural material-based products, which are inherent characteristics of such items.

D. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS


To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact Us at @pune@paashh.com within the Warranty Period.

2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect, along with images or videos.

Upon verification, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a store credit instead.

Claims After Warranty Period

Any claims made after the expiry of the Warranty Period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
